Directions of use
For lymphatic stimulation: Choose appropriate groove for the specific area of the body you
are treating. Apply a good amount of oil. Using light pressure and long strokes
toward the heart starting distal to proximal. Use for 1-15 minutes 2-3 times per week.
For thickened or pitted edema: Choose appropriate groove for the specific area of the body you are treating. Apply a good amount of oil. Use deeper pressure and short strokes toward the heart starting distal to proximal. End with light long
strokes toward heart to stimulate lymphatic movement. Use for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times per week.
Can be used to treat muscles on top of clothing throughout the day as needed. Use long moderate pressure strokes
toward the heart distal to proximal.
